Here to guide you through your worst problems with the best solutions

Rosalie Cespedes LCSW, QCSW, EAS-C

Lead Clinician/Couple's Therapist

I have been practicing in the Mental Health field for over 12 years. I have worked with adults, children, adolescents, couples and families. I am currently transitioning my career to focus only on families and couples.

I believe that helping families and couples allows the individual to thrive within their environment and creates an individual with secure attachments, a sense of self love and healthy boundaries.

I have completed my level 3 Practicum training with Gottman method and am pursuing my Gottman Certification to work with couples utilizing an objective approach to couple's therapy. I provide marathon couple's counseling and couple's weekend seminar to help couples who are looking for more immediate solutions.

Divorce Mediation and Family reunification are also a part of my training and work under no bias or judgement towards anyone involved.

I provide a brief consultation of 15 minutes if you may have any questions or concerns.

Chelsea Alban

I work with individuals, couples and families to handle the stress and anxiety that arises during difficult times in their lives. I first use a strength based approach to draw on the individual’s existing skills to tackle their current issues. I then provide additional CBT techniques and strategies that train an individual on how to handle difficult moments effectively. My goal is to provide my clients the tools they need to feel in-control of their thoughts and behaviors so that they can achieve their life goals.

Currently doing online and in person sessions.
